FRIDAY NIGHT ARRIVAL (Campers)

  • Gates - The gates to our camping area will open at 3:00 on Friday and close at 7:00.  Please arrive as early as possible.  Expect that there may be a waiting line.  Please be patient.  If will be arriving after 7:00, you you will not be able to take your vehicle into camp.   We suggest you make other arrangements to get your camping equipment into camp, or bring a wagon.   We will have a golf cart to help truck equipment for latecomers too, but it there may be a line for it.
  • Wickham Park Gates - Park Entrance gate closes at Dark, but the exit gate remains open until 11:00.  You can go through this gate if you arrive late.  If you can't get into Wickham Park, contact Dan Walton (Camp Director) at 693-2807.   Either way, upon late arrival, you'll need to check in, register, get an arm band, etc.
  • Check-In - When you arrive, you may either park your car and check in on foot, or you can  pull your car up to the check-in area.   At check-in you will receive wrist bands, BBQ tickets (if pre-purchased), and will be assigned a Pack Guide, who will escort you to your pre-assigned Pack area.
  • Unloading - After being escorted to your Pack campsite, we ask that you unload your vehicle and then immediately drive back out to the parking area outside the gates.  With so many campers, this is the only way we can work it.  It's impossible to have so many cars, people, and equipment in the area simultaneously.  Safety is a major concern here.  We appreciate your understanding.
  • Late Arrivals - We suggest that if you plan on arriving after the Camping Area Gates close (7PM), that you bring a wagon to carry in your equipment.  We will have a golf cart available for this purpose as well, but there could be a line for it.  If we get backed up on check-in, we'll extend the check-in time as needed.
  • BBQ Dinner - Dustin's will be serving from 6:00 to 8:00 PM (pre-purchase required - see registration)

SATURDAY ARRIVALS (Campers and Non Campers)

  • Check-In - Please Check In at the main gate of the Youth Area between 7:00 and 8:00 AM.  Flag ceremony starts at 8:30 and we'll have a lot of folks to check in, so you'll need time to arrive early.   If you arrive late, your children will miss some of the 12 exciting scheduled events and will have no opportunity to make them up.
  • Campers - If you have camping equipment to take to your campsite, we suggest that you have it brought in on Friday.   If you're unable to do this, we suggest that you plan on bringing your equipment into camp on a wagon after 5:00 PM (when the scheduled activities are done).  This way, you can be with your children and they won't miss any of the scheduled activities.   If they miss activities, they will not be able to make them up later.
  • Saturday Visitors - Anyone wishing to visit us on Saturday is welcomed to do so.  Please plan in advance and order wrist bands for them on your registration.  Everyone needs to check in to get writst bands at the main pavilion.
